Official Rules for The Hallway Escape Billboard Promotion

1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to legal residents of  United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of The Hallway Escape (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, or other agencies involved with this promotion, as well as members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Period: The promotion begins on March 2, 2024, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on March 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST (the “Promotion Period”).

3. How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, participants must locate the billboard displaying the secret message. Participants must then decipher the secret message and submit their answer via the online entry form available TheHallwayEntertainment.com/Billboard. Only correct answers will be eligible for the prize. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

4. Prize: The prize consists of one (1) free admission to The Hallway Escape. The free admission is valid for one person only and can only be used once per booking. The booking must be made during the dates of March 2, 2025 – April 5th, 2025), but the actual escape room experience can be booked for any available time within three (3) months of the booking date. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is [$27-$32].

5. Winner Selection and Notification: Participants to correctly guess the secret message and submit the online form will be notified via email at the email address provided on the entry form within 5 days of the end of submission. If the winner does not use the prize within the alotted time frame of the notification, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner is otherwise ineligible, the prize may be forfeited. 

6. Prize Restrictions: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other substitutes. No substitutions or exchanges are allowed. The prize must be accepted as awarded.

7. Publicity: By entering this promotion, participants agree to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and submitted answer for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Release and Limitation of Liability: By participating in this promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, or other agencies involved with this promotion, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising ¹ out of or in connection with their participation in the ² promotion or their receipt or use of the prize.

11. Miscellaneous: This promotion is void where prohibited. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time for any reason. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding.
